Wholesale accounts are approved on a case-by-case basis to ensure brand integrity, consistent merchandising, and strong customer experience across all partners.

Who We Partner With

We welcome applications from:

Brick-and-mortar beauty retailers
Professional studios
Beauty schools and academies
Authorized online retailers with established brand presence

We do not approve wholesale accounts for:

Marketplace resellers (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace)
Unauthorized third-party platforms
Individuals without a registered business entity

Wholesale Account Requirements

To be considered for a wholesale account, applicants must email the below information:

Their registered business name
A valid resale certificate or seller’s permit
A business website, portfolio, or storefront
A professional email address tied to the business
- The wholesale account will be under this email address
Billing & Shipping Address Information

Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to internal review.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Wholesale orders ship from North Hollywood, California
Most wholesale orders will have a flat rate of $25 for shipping
Lead times may vary between 3-7 business days
International Vendors & Orders require their own labels. Please provide FedEx account number when placing order / in wholesale application email.

Brand Representation Standards

To maintain a cohesive and premium brand presence, wholesale partners must:

Represent Monday Studios products in a professional retail environment
Avoid unauthorized discounting or price erosion
Use approved product imagery and brand assets
Maintain pricing integrity consistent with MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) guidelines

Right to Refuse or Revoke Accounts

Monday Studios reserves the right to:

Approve or deny any wholesale application
Revoke wholesale privileges if terms, pricing integrity, or brand standards are violated
Modify wholesale policies, pricing, and minimums at any time
