Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, promotions, or product launches.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

All U.S. domestic orders are shipped via USPS (3-7 business day delivery)

  • U.S. orders above $75 ship for free
  • U.S. orders under $75 have a flat $8 ground rate

NO International Shipping

For all international orders - shop through our authorized retailers.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Monday Studios is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned to sender due to address errors

Reshipping fees will apply if an order must be resent.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Monday Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact hello@mondaystudios.com  and we will assist where possible.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos and video evidence of the damage

    • Include box, packaging and product images

We will review and provide next steps.
