RETURN POLICY

 



Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, based on the carrier’s confirmed delivery date.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging, with packaging intact and not torn or removed

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance, items that have been opened, used, damaged, altered, or missing original packaging cannot be returned.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos and video proof of the issue

  • A brief description of the concern

Our team will review your request and provide next steps.


Return Process

To request a return, email hello@mondaystudios.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return labels are not covered by Monday Studios .


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved.


Final Discretion

All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Monday Studios reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet policy standards.
